We are sending Reiki and trying to find out about donations. This poor baby needs out ASAP.

NEEDS TO BE PULLED FROM BALDWIN PARK SHELTER, ASAP. NEEDS MEDICAL ATTENTION. OTTO A 4593054 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OfdzrPIsArQ . This is a 2 year old, beautiful, friendly shepherd who is dying at the Balwin Park Shelter from undiagnosed, untreated, possibly infectious medical condition (diarrhea, respiratory disease, emaciated). A friend went there today 6/29/13 to look at him after viewing the video and this is what she found.

He needs a rescue or a sponsor to pull him and take him straight to a 24 hr emergency hospital for veterinary care. Shelter has not given him any medical treatment yet as far as anyone can tell. Please do not comment about the photo other than with specific details how to get the dog rescued, if there's time.

The dog would have a foster and potentially an adoptive home if he pulls through - but neither party has isolation facilities or finances to be able to give the medical care he needs immediately.
