Need: purified rain water (collect rain water and boil add to a jar then add alcohol depending upon jar the combo should be 1/2 rain water 1/8 alcohol) Another note:* you don't need alcohol if you don't want to use it but it does kill the pollutants in our water now a days.
ground rosemary, ground mugwort.
Stand unobserved where your love lives/will be and blow powders, don't wipe off from your
hands-add perfume/cologne and rub your hands to generate heat and add more powders
then blow and say:
"wandering wind carry my spell,
make ________ love me well,
herbs and scent make ______ mine
_____ shall see me, make his/her love turn to me".
Wear this perfume whenever you will be near them.
