Dogs need help ASAP! In outdoor kennels :( (Monument, Colo Springs)

There is a shelter that only has outdoor kennels for their dogs. The Hope for Animals Rescue, in colorado springs, is trying to help this shelter out. There are many dogs that need help and I will list a few below, and some of their pictures. If you are interested in any of these dogs please let me know as soon as possible. If you could just foster the dogs until we can find their forever home that would be great too. If you do want one of these pups someone from the rescue will be doing a home visit to make sure your home is a good fit for a dog. Please let me know if you can help us out! Thanks so much.
1.Tobie is a senior shepherd, spayed female with shots. Her owner just got tired of brushing and cleaning hair, so she gave up this sweet dog that can't figure out what's going on. (Bottom Left Picture)
2. Harvey, is a shepherd mix, neutered male with all shots. Really shy, but a very nice dog. His owner lived in a camper and Harvey kept going into the neighbor's area, so he gave
him up. He's about 1 1/2 yrs. old.
3. Socks is a favorite of mine. He just wants to be loved and to give love. He's a lab mix. He's rather small, but very smart. He's a neutered male with all shots, about 1 1/2 yrs old.
4. Tiko is a beautiful lab mix (we think the mix is Border Collie). He's a neutered male with all shots about 2 yrs. old. He's a gorgeous animal. (Top Right Picture)
5. Kong is a beautiful pit mix. He's one that loves to be scratched, plays with a bucket, and doesn't like cats. He's a neutered male with all shots. I worry about him because we've had him since July. He's 3 years old. (Top Left Picture)
6. Sage is a SharPei mix, and just a real love. She's a spayed female with all shots about a year and a half old. She would be an exceptional companion for someone. (Bottom Right Picture)
