A Wealth Retrieval Worksheet
1. The amount of money I have lost in earnings, savings, investments and other treasure in the recession of 2008/
2009 basically because of the banking debacle is around $ ________________ . (Give examples e.g. stocks
devalued, 401K devalued; retirement agreements reneged on; investments gone sour; business ventures went
down; real estate values crashed; went with Bernie Madoff, and so on. Tell the story.)
2. My emotions around this situation, right now, are: (Write your real feelings in this box.)
4. I admit that I am mainly blaming the following for my plight: a) _____________________________________

5. I am open to the possibility that in blaming them, I am projecting my own greed, stupidity,
indebtedness, lack of common sense and other aspects of myself that I have disowned,
denied, repressed and buried in my unconscious mind that I now see in them. I therefore
firmly resolve to do a Radical Forgiveness Worksheet on these people within 24 hours of
doing this worksheet knowing that as I forgive them, I also forgive myself.
6. I am noticing that I am giving power to money that it doesn’t have by attaching to it the following restrictive
thoughts, beliefs or assumptions, both in general and arising from the current situation. My dominant beliefs I have
around money are: (Check which ones you most give power to. Be honest!)
You have to work hard for money Money does not grow on trees
Money comes easily to me I have to struggle for money
There is no shortage of money Money is always in short supply
Money represents success Money is the root of all evil

3. I love myself for having these feelings. My feelings are perfect feedback. They are an Willing: Unwilling:
indication of how much meaning I am attaching to money and the strength of my overwhelming
need to blame and be right.

7. I am willing to see that I have lovingly created this money issue for myself as
an opportunity to learn and grow and have enrolled, through the Law of Attraction,
the people specified in # 4 to resonate those issues for me so I can release
them. I see these people now as a blessing in my life. They have also given this
country and its people a chance to heal at a very deep level.
8. I now realize that money is neutral, has no power of its own, and no inherent
value. It is just energy, so I now release my need to be right about the
meanings I had attached to money, as noted in # 6, and since there is no
shortage of it, I open myself to allowing money to flow easily in my life now.
9. I now realize that I was withholding love from myself by imagining that
money was, or is, the issue and now affirm my strong belief that the Universe
is a place of total abundance, and that there is no shortage of anything.
10. I now see myself as being in a heightened state of openness to quickly
recover and gratefully receive the money I had mistakenly imagined I had lost
and now see that all my needs are adequately met without that being at anyone
else’s expense.
11. I now realize that I am someone who can, through the Law of Attraction, attract into my life everything that I
need, using a Radical Manifestation Worksheet; such as:
12. I am now ready and willing to recognize that if we could see the spiritual
big picture, we would see that everything is in Divine order and that there
was, or is, purpose in our having created this opportunity to feel our feelings
and finally experience ourselves as loving, generous and creative human
beings. Money is a reflection of our consciousness and the fear that we had
learned to live in finally froze everything. As we break free and open our
hearts towards each other, focusing on love, money will begin to move again
and my coffers will once again be as full as they need be. I NOW RELEASE
THE NEED TO HAVE MONEY, knowing that I am always abundantly supplied
when my heart is open.
13. I now turn this over to my own Spiritual Intelligence and surrender to Spirit
in the knowledge and comfort that all is well, and that what I saw as a problem
was purely a misperception on my part. I have already resolved it by recognizing
that I am abundantly supplied at all times. Any idea of shortage or lack
that I was holding onto, I recognize now, has no validity or power whatsoever,
and I give it none.
14. I now realize that money was not the issue. I have no issues around
money. Whatever the real issue was, I have handed it over to Spirit and have
an unshakable trust that Spirit will take care of it for me. Thank you.
