Clutter is basically frozen energy that keeps you immobilized and prevents you from flourishing in allareas of your life. Learn how to take action so that you can rid yourself of clutter and go with the flow!

Money Saver
1) Divide and Conquer
Work on one room at a time. Start with the room you use the most.
2) Toss It!
Look in the fridge, under the bed, and in your cabinets and drawers. You're bound to find plenty to throw out.
3) Dejunk Your Closets
If you haven't worn something in the past year, then get rid of it. Sell it or give it away. That goes for your super-skinny jeans, too. Buy something in your current size. You'll feel better if you do. And guess what? The better you feel, the faster you'll lose weight.
4) Donate
Give whatever you cannot use to a charity. Choose places such as a homeless shelter, a library or a hospital. What's more, you should get a substantial tax deduction.
5) Have a tag sale or sell online
First, make sure the items you have are in good condition. Then get family or friends involved with organizing a tag sale. Using ebay.com and like sites are another option.
6) The Fifteen Minute Rule
Choose an area in your home and then set the timer for 15 minutes. Do as much cleaning up as possible in that time frame.
7) Containerize!
Find inventive ways of storing loose items. For example, use shoeboxes for photos (you can sort by date, person, event, etc.).
8) Downsize
Save space and money by reducing duplicate and triplicate items. Once you've pared down, assess what you have and what you need. Pretend you live in a submarine: when you bring something in, take something out.
9) Surround yourself with things you love.
When it comes to your "material stuff," ask yourself the following questions: "Do I really need this? What does this do for me? Does it make me feel good?" Decide what to do with those unused and/or underused items you bought for a good price or received as gifts and don't know what to do with.
10) Jazz It Up and Enjoy!
You'll be surprised how much more pleasant your home feels once it has been cleared and cleaned. You'll feel freer and lighter just being in it and will really appreciate the material-less side of life. Now YOU can focus on what's truly important!
