We all have male & female energy coursing through our veins. We made the decision in the womb to place outward which energy we wanted to have perceived at this time. Balance is important in any relationship & let’s face it we are in a relationship we ourselves.
Here are the aspects for the energies:
Masculine: rational, direct, practical, assertive, looking outward
Feminine: creative, intuitive, feeling, visionary, looking inward
Varying too far to one side or the other can cause you to become unbalance & feel like something is out of whack.
Here is a little something to try & redirect you back to balance between the energies.
A visualization for balance
Find yourself a spot, where you can be alone & have quiet time.
Put on some gentle instrumental music.
Relax.
Quiet your mind. Allow the thoughts to come then surrender them to the universe & slowly quiet them.
Breathe all the way down to your belly. Really fill all of your lungs with oxygen.
Exhale all the air from your lungs & repeat until you feel all your muscles relax & your mind quieting.
Close your eyes.
Now ask to speak with your feminine side.
Trust whatever you are showed in your vision, impression, thought, feeling, memory or however your feminine side communicates.
You are now holding a conversation with this energy.
Ask her what her needs are.
Ask her what she is having trouble with.
Ask her how you can help her so that she can be in balance with you more.
Ask her how you & she can build a healthy relationship so you can be more healthy.
Now release her.
Now ask to speak with your masculine side.
Trust whatever you are showed in your vision, impression, thought, feeling, memory or however your masculine side communicates.
Ask him what his needs are.
Ask him what he is having trouble with.
Ask him how you can help him so that he can be in balance with you more.
Ask him how you & he can build a healthy relationship so you can be more healthy.
Now release him.
Breathe deeply.
Release the air.
Inhale to your belly.
Exhale all the air from your lungs.
Open your eyes.
Feel refreshed & balanced.
Write down your experiences.
Now try and use what you learned to improve your relationship with yourself.
Good Luck.
