Little Lost Layla - Help! (Middle Bay Way, Fountain, CO)

Lost my little Layla in the Middle Bay Way area of Fountain. She disappeared on Thursday or Friday evening (husband hasn't seen her since I left for WV) and she hasn't come home. She's a beautiful little cat, petite in size, and about a year old. Unspayed, and we think she might be wandering around in heat.
She has almond-colored eyes, her coat is a grey-striped tabby color. She has a cream-colored chin and her belly is cream-colored and spotted. She's very sweet and loving, and her sister misses her very much. Please help!
