The solar plexus chakra is the I do chakra point. If you take your finger and move from your belly button to just below your sternum you will find the acupuncture point associated with this chakra. Sit comfortably and find this spot on you. How does it feel? We are going to use this point to manifest a desire. Some like to tap the points but all you need is some pressure which will give you the focusing power you need. Write out a positive affirmation for yourself. Something you can remember. It can be as simple as I am a money magnet or I am prosperous and abundant. Anything you need. Anything that will help you to manifest your desire. Here are two different pictures you can print out to help you focus on the solar plexus area. Do this when it is quiet and you have time to focus and visualize.
